Job summary

Roche is seeking a dynamic Content Creator to join our Communication team in Italy. You will craft engaging content for websites, social networks, and multimedia formats, shaping our digital storytelling and brand voice.

You will ideate and produce videos, infographics, images, and audio content while exploring AI-driven approaches and maintaining quality, consistency, and SEO awareness. The role offers a 6-month internship with a monthly allowance and growth opportunities within a global health

Qualifications

Degree in Communication Sciences, Marketing, Digital Media, or related fields.
Strong storytelling and bilingual Italian/English communication.
Deep understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook).
Experience with WordPress CMS.
Proven content creator or social media manager.
Proficient in video editing and graphic design.
Familiarity with SEO and AI in marketing.
Excellent time management and teamwork.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Autonomy and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Conceive, develop, and produce a variety of digital content across platforms.
Post/Articles: create website content and social copy.
Videos: ideation, shooting, editing, and post-production for short-form videos.
Infographics: design clear, informative graphics to present data.
Images & Graphics: static graphics for social media, websites, marketing materials.
Podcasts/Audio: support production and editing of audio content.
AI: involvement in AI projects for communication and digital marketing.
Maintain high quality and brand consistency across all content.
Stay updated on trends and new formats for content production.
Analyze content performance to optimize future strategies.
