Job summary

Fler is seeking a Content Creation & Social Media Intern to support organic social channels, focusing on Instagram and TikTok. You will help build the editorial calendar, craft videos and copy, and engage with the community in a way that reflects Fler's tone of voice and values.

The role requires strong knowledge of current social media trends, storytelling skills, and the ability to work independently. A curricular internship is available through your university, with a 6-month full-time

Job description

We are looking for a Content Creation & Social Media Intern (tirocinio curriculare) to support our organic social media channels and content creation activities, primarily on Instagram and TikTok. You will contribute to our editorial calendar and social initiatives, helping drive our revolution forward.

You are an early adopter of social media, comfortable putting yourself out there in front of our community through Reels, TikToks, and Stories. You have your own point of view on what's happening online, know which content works, and understand how to take part in digital conversations in an authentic way.

What You'll Do

Contribute to our social media content strategy, primarily on Instagram and TikTok, creating videos, engaging content, and copy.

Help develop the editorial calendar and adapt content based on performance and trends, while staying true to Fler's tone of voice and values.

Support community growth and engagement initiatives.

Analyze social media performance to identify opportunities for improvement and new strategies.

Manage relationships with content creators and ambassadors for product launches, campaigns, and seeding activities.

AI & Process Innovation: explore and implement AI-powered tools and automations to streamline content creation, optimize workflows, and improve creative processes.

Cross-team Collaboration: support the marketing team in developing content briefs and creative assets for influencer campaigns and other brand initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's, or postgraduate program in Communications, Marketing, or a related field, with the possibility of arranging a curricular internship through your university.

Availability for a 6-month, full-time internship.

Strong knowledge of social media, current trends, and platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.

Storytelling and communication skills. You're curious, know what leading brands are doing, and often ask yourself: "How could we do it better?"

A passion for beauty and personal care.

The ability to work independently, manage tasks, and meet deadlines.

Clear and effective communication: you say what you think and think about what you say.

A strong alignment with Fler's values.

Excellent written and spoken Italian and English, with an English proficiency level of at least C1.
