• Passion for beauty, cosmetics and the digital landscape.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut or similar content creation tools.
• Analytical mindset and interest in social media performance metrics.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent English and Italian, written and spoken.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic international environment.

• Monitor social media trends, emerging formats and cultural conversations to identify new content opportunities.
• Support the coordination of internal stakeholders, agencies and external partners involved in content creation.
• Assist in managing communication with international markets, ensuring alignment on editorial plans, assets and guidelines.
• Support social media reporting activities, performance analysis and competitor benchmarking.
• Prepare presentations, campaign recaps and internal communication materials.
