Red Bull Italy is offering a Consumer Collecting Intern position within the Student Marketing Analytics & Insights team. You will support data collection, analysis and interpretation to drive smarter local execution and future initiatives.

You will assist with coordinating international projects hosted by the Italian team, prepare reports and presentations, monitor KPIs, and transform data into actionable insights while collaborating with marketing and field teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics or currently studying.
• Strong analytical mindset and genuine interest in working with data.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to interpret data and translate findings into meaningful business insights.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with Consumer Collecting Manager, Specialist and Field Marketing to understand performance drivers and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness.
• Assist in coordinating international projects hosted by the Italian team, including timelines, meetings and deliverables.

The Consumer Collecting Intern will support the Consumer Collecting team in leveraging Student Marketing data to drive smarter and more effective decision-making.

By collecting, analyzing and interpreting data generated across Student Marketing activities, the intern will help uncover trends, identify opportunities and provide actionable insights to support Consumer Collecting Managers in optimizing local execution and shaping future initiatives.

Alongside the analytical component, the role will play an active part in the planning and delivery of key international projects hosted by the Italian team, providing support across project coordination, stakeholder alignment and operational execution.

Student Marketing Analytics & Insights

Support the collection, consolidation and analysis of data generated through Student Marketing activities, including HotZones Maps, consumer interactions, university initiatives, events and sampling activities.

Monitor key Student Marketing KPIs and help identify trends, opportunities and best practices across the network.

Transform data into clear insights and recommendations to support local execution and future planning.

Support the preparation of reports, analyses and presentations for local and global stakeholders.

Work closely with Consumer Collecting Manager, Consumer Collecting Specialist and the Field Marketing team to understand performance drivers and identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness of Student Marketing activities.

Projects Support

Support the planning and execution of of key international projectshosted by the Italian team.

Assist in coordinating project timelines, meetings, materials and deliverables, ensuring smooth collaboration across stakeholders.

Support communication and alignment between internal teams, agencies, suppliers and external partners.

Contribute to the operational preparation and follow-up of key project milestones.

Provide hands-on support throughout the project lifecycle, from planning activities to final execution.

Reporting & Process Support

Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of reporting tools, databases and tracking systems.

Help ensure accuracy, consistency and reliability of Student Marketing data and reporting.

Contribute to improving processes and identifying more efficient ways of working.

Support routine administrative and back-end activities related to Consumer Collecting initiatives.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or currently studying.

Strong analytical mindset and genuine interest in working with data.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Ability to interpret data and translate findings into meaningful business insights.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Good command of English.

Interest in marketing, consumer behaviour and youth culture.
