SYS-DAT Group, via its VERSYA unit in Carpi, seeks a Business Consultant to provide second-level ERP-focused consulting, analyze customer needs, and manage software anomalies while delivering user training and documented solutions.

The role emphasizes collaborating with clients to optimize business processes, perform functional testing, and draft comprehensive functional documents. A bachelor’s degree and teamwork aptitude are required.

Responsibilities

• Specialist Consulting: Providing second-level application consulting to solve problems and optimize customer business processes through the use of ERP software.
• Requirements Analysis: Collect and analyze customer requirements to understand the needs and define the most appropriate solutions.
• Anomaly Management: Take charge of and manage reports of software anomalies, coordinating activities until they are fully resolved.
• User Training: Organize and hold training sessions for customers on the use of newly implemented modules or features.
