SteelcoBelimed is seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant to join our Business Applications team in Italy or Slovenia. You will design, implement, rollout, and optimize SAP SD processes within SAP S/4HANA, collaborating with global stakeholders and project teams.

The ideal candidate has ~5 years in SAP SD, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Activate, with strong configuration skills and a track record in order-to-cash processes. English fluency required; Italian preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, CS, business, engineering, or related field.
• Approximately 5 years of experience as SAP SD Consultant or similar role.
• Solid hands-on SAP SD configuration and end-to-end sales processes in SAP S/4HANA.
• SAP SD certification, SAP S/4HANA certification, or SAP Activate knowledge is beneficial.
• Experience with integration points to MM, FI/CO, LE, PP, CRM or related apps.

We are seeking a motivated SAP SD Consultant (m/f/d) to join our Business Applications team.

Please note: depending on the location of the candidate, we are open to filling this position on our locations in Italy (Riese Pio X or Padua) or Slovenia (Grosuplje).

Your Tasks & Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the design, implementation, rollout, and optimization of SAP Sales and Distribution processes within SAP S/4HANA and integrated application landscapes. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, external partners, and international project teams to translate business requirements into effective SAP SD solutions and contribute to successful transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, configure, and support SAP SD processes in SAP S/4HANA, including sales order management, pricing, delivery, billing, returns, and credit/debit processes.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process designs, and SAP SD configuration concepts.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, external vendors, and system integrators to deliver end-to-end SAP SD solutions.
• Support SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, rollout, and optimization activities with a focus on Sales & Distribution.
• Coordinate and execute unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing for SAP SD processes and interfaces.
• Prepare documentation, training materials, process descriptions, and solution handover documents.
• Support organizational change management, user adoption, and key-user enablement related to SAP SD solutions.
• Analyze and resolve incidents, defects, and process issues in cooperation with business users and technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with company governance, SAP standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.

Your Profile

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Approximately 5 years of professional experience as an SAP SD Consultant or in a comparable SAP functional consulting role.
• Solid hands‑on experience with SAP SD configuration and end‑to‑end sales processes, ideally in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• SAP SD certification, SAP S/4HANA certification, or SAP Activate knowledge is an advantage.
• SAP S/4HANA project experience, especially in sales, distribution, logistics, or order‑to‑cash processes.
• Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, support, or process optimization projects.
• Good understanding of integration points with other SAP modules such as MM, FI/CO, LE, PP, and CRM or related applications.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, medical products, or international sales and service environments are a plus.
• Experience working in international and cross‑functional environments.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP SD processes, customizing, master data, pricing, output management, and document flows.
• Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA capabilities and integration with surrounding SAP and non‑SAP systems.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into practical SAP solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, including structured incident and defect resolution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with business users and technical teams.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive, service‑oriented, and results‑focused mindset.
• Fluent English is required; Italian language skills are optional. German language skills are a plus.
