RINA is seeking a Construction Safety Engineer to join its Civil Engineering division in Rozzano, Genoa or Rome, Italy. The role focuses on ensuring safe construction operations, adherence to safety regulations, and mentoring site teams under senior engineers.

Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, developing risk assessments and safety plans, coordinating trainings, and contributing to incident investigations.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction safety roles.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction and Environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards for construction.
• Experience in site inspections and reporting.
• Ability to develop safety plans and risk assessments.
• Fluency in Italian.

Mansioni

• Assist in identifying, assessing and mitigating construction safety risks.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report findings.
• Develop project-specific safety plans and risk assessments.
• Review construction plans for safety compliance.
• Organize safety training sessions for site personnel.
• Develop emergency response plans for construction sites.
