Prometeon Tyre Group cerca un tirocinante per la Consolidated Financial Statement nel quartier generale di Milano. Il candidato supporterà la realizzazione e l’analisi dei pacchetti di reporting e la costruzione dei bilanci consolidati di gruppo.

Si richiede laurea in Economia o discipline affini, spiccato approccio analitico e buone competenze in Excel. L’esperienza con SAP è un plus; disponibilità a lavorare in un contesto internazionale e dinamico.

• Laurea in Economia, Amministrazione o discipline correlate.
• Mentalità analitica con buone capacità organizzative.
• Conoscenza avanzata di Excel per analisi dati e variances.
• Buone capacità comunicative e proattività.
• Conoscenza base di SAP è un plus.
• Proattività, precisione e rispetto delle scadenze.
• Ottime capacità analitiche e di pensiero critico.
• Conoscenza di MS Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint.

Mansioni

• Supportare la riconciliazione intercompany tra affiliate.
• Supportare le chiusure delle controllate.
• Analizzare i pacchetti di reporting ricevuti dalle affiliate.
• Supportare la preparazione di bilanci consolidati trimestrali e annuali.
• Assist re nell’elaborazione di report finanziari.
• Collaborare con i team operativi per migliorare i processi di reporting e consolidamento.

Role description

Prometeon Tyre Group is looking for a Consolidated Financial Statement Intern to join our Consolidated Financial Statement team in our HQ in Milan. The selected candidate will support the team as point of reference for affiliates in the preparation and analysis of periodic Reporting Packages and in the construction of the Group's consolidated financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the intercompany reconciliation process between affiliates and ensure they are timely and accurate.
• Actively support the closing activities of subsidiaries.
• Analyze the reporting packages received from subsidiaries.
• Support the preparation of the quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards.
• Assist in the drafting of financial reports.
• Actively participate in the analysis and optimization of the Group's internal processes.
• Collaborate with operational teams to improve reporting and consolidated financial statement processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
• Analytical mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis and variance analysis.
• Effective communication skills with a proactive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of SAP for data extraction is a plus.
• Proactive, precise, open-minded, and able to meet deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
