Stellantis in Torino, Italy, seeks a Senior Product Development and Quality Assurance expert to lead program maturity assessments and ensure adherence to Product Development standards from concept to Start of Production. You will drive KPI analysis and robust launches across vehicle programs, leveraging PLM tools and APQP/PPAP methodologies.

You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, define mitigation plans, and guide risk management throughout PDP lifecycles, contributing to quality

Competenze

• 10-15 years’ experience in Product Development and/or Quality.
• Knowledge of On-board and Off-Board connectivity projects and cockpit developments
• Proficient in English (minimum B2)
• Practical knowledge of automotive quality management tools and methodologies
• Experience with quality metrics, performance monitoring, and customer audit processes
• Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and requirements management tools
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, DFMEA/PFMEA, auditing and risk management
• Understanding of PDP processes including hardware and software lifecycles
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional environment

Mansioni

• Conduct project maturity assessments ensuring compliance with Quality, Cost, Delivery and Performance objectives
• Coordinate with Project Teams to align milestones and deliverables
• Develop roadmaps with actions and milestone readiness
• Forecast potential program blockers 4 weeks before milestones and escalate as needed
• Ensure all project deliverables meet milestones and create milestone syntheses
• Analyze project status using KPIs across QCDP and related areas
• Interviews with project teams to verify data; participate in technical meetings and plant visits
• Identify risks or gaps and define corrective or recovery plans with success criteria
• Identify pre-SOP audits and coordinate with other milestone assessors
• Prepare milestone assessment extracts for governance decks
• Lead proofreading meetings with project stakeholders and distribute final assessments
