Stellantis in Rome, Italy seeks a Project Milestones Assessor to monitor KPI-driven milestones across Vehicle, Platform, and Module projects, including partnerships. You will coordinate with project teams, review milestone assessments, and ensure timely delivery of QCDP targets.

The role requires an engineering degree and 4–7 years in automotive project roles, with English at least B2 and willingness to travel.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Automotive, Mechanical, Industrial or equivalent).
• 4–7 years of experience in a similar role within automotive industry.
• Experience in vehicle/module development projects; Infotainment/ADAS exposure is a plus.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills; cross-functional collaboration.
• Good command of English (minimum B2).

Mansioni

• Evaluates follow up of projects using KPI across Quality, Performance, Cost, Time, Industrial, Supply Chain, and Brand.
• Ensures milestones deliverables are achieved by interviewing main project actors.
• Rates project risks and ensures corrective plans for QCDP gaps.
• Focuses on quality results (Product and Industrial) and updates processes accordingly.
• Supports teams to deploy quality methods and shares lessons learned.
