Job summary

Hosco.com is seeking a luxury hospitality professional for the Costa Smeralda region to coordinate bespoke guest experiences on 60m yachts. You will manage crew requests, curate high-end shore excursions, and arrange private transport, flowers, décor, and catering with precision.

Fluent English and Italian are required, with additional languages a strong plus. Seasonal or permanent contracts offered with opportunities for year-round roles and mobility to Miami.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Italian required. Additional languages (French/Spanish) beneficial.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or superyacht/conciergeservices preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Costa Smeralda and Sardinia high-end venues.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for captains and chief stews for charter onboarding and departure.
• Design tailor-made shore excursions and book top-tier restaurants, private transport, nightlife.
• Source luxury items (flowers, décor, gifts) on short notice and coordinate with provisioning teams.
• Coordinate with in-house provisioning and logistics for seamless execution.
• Manage request tracking, confirmations, and invoicing with precision.
