Job summary

ION is seeking a Compliance Specialist to strengthen its Compliance function in the Cedacri group. The role targets candidates with 1–3 years of experience in compliance, internal controls, or data analysis, ideally with an economics background.

The position involves monitoring regulatory provisions and providing client-facing advisory on new regulatory products. The role offers a permanent contract, exposure to senior stakeholders, and a salary range of €34,000 to €40,000 gross per year,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in economics or an equivalent degree (with honors).
• Good knowledge of banking processes.
• Good knowledge of regulatory framework applicable to banking and financial institutions.
• Strong motivation and passion for Compliance.
• Enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
• Drive for innovation and business evolution.
• Excellent knowledge of the English and Italian language.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory provisions of potential impact for products and systems offered by the Group, and, through impact analysis, evaluate the effectiveness of identified solutions for compliance with legal/regulatory requirements.
• Provide consulting activities towards internal and external Clients, in the implementation of new products and services in the regulatory field.
• Support the process of drafting and updating policies, procedures and company operating instructions.
• Support in managing relations with Customers and external authorities.
