Job summary

Hire Feed, on behalf of a global technology client, is seeking a Compliance Attorney to advise on regulatory requirements across jurisdictions, with emphasis on emerging tech and data protection.

You will draft and review policies, conduct risk assessments, and guide cross-border compliance while collaborating with internal teams to ensure adherence to laws globally.

Qualifications

• JD degree with a focus on compliance, corporate law, or regulatory affairs.
• Active membership in a state bar association with at least 3 years in compliance roles.
• Deep knowledge of GDPR/CCPA or similar data privacy regulations.
• Experience drafting and negotiating compliance policies and contracts.
• Strong ability to interpret complex regulatory texts for business operations.

The role involves providing legal counsel to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions, with a focus on emerging technology sectors. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing compliance policies, conducting risk assessments, and advising on data protection and privacy laws.

Key Responsibilities:
