Island Doctors, Napoli-based healthcare provider, seeks skilled RN/LPN/Paramedic/EMT/RMA to deliver direct patient care in office and at home. You will triage, perform tests, administer meds, and coordinate with clinicians to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment. Office-based with patient-home visits and routine responsibilities.

Competenze

• Active RN, LPN, Paramedic, EMT or RMA license required.
• BLS certification required; BMO preferred.
• 1 year of back office experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage difficult or emotional situations with patients.

Mansioni

• Interviews patients and triages with timely, confident responses.
• Records vital signs and maintains accurate patient data.
• Prepares treatment rooms and ensures supplies are stocked.
• Administers injections and IV treatments; draws blood.
• Performs diagnostic tests such as EKG, glucose, INR, urinalysis.
• Calls prescriptions to pharmacy and handles refill requests.
• Assists patients by phone and supports front office activities.
• Maintains patient confidentiality at all times.
