Intermountain Health in Siena Cardiology, Henderson, NV seeks a Medical Assistant to support the clinical team in an ambulatory setting, assisting with patient visits, gathering information and communicating with patients by phone and in person under clinician direction. This is a full-time role (40 hrs/week) with training hours 8 AM–5 PM, then 4x10 hour shifts.

Competenze

• Completion of a Medical Assistant program or at least one year MA work experience or current active RN/LPN license to practice nursing in Utah.
• Current BLS certification for healthcare providers (must be obtained prior to start date).
• Demonstrated basic computer skills involving word processing and data entry.
• Professional manner and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to protect privacy, confidentiality and PHI of patients.
