Mark-Taylor Residential Inc is seeking a Manager of Community Operations (Community Manager) for Bellagio in Scottsdale, AZ. You will lead a team to ensure smooth property operations, optimize performance, and deliver five-star service across our luxury multifamily communities.

Responsibilities include achieving revenue targets, managing operating expenses, overseeing hiring and performance, and coordinating property enhancements. Strong leadership and financial acumen are essential.

Competenze

• 3+ years people management experience.
• 3+ years operational and leadership experience in luxury multifamily setting.
• Demonstrated coaching and development ability.
• BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and professional presence.
• Experience using Resman, Yardi, or similar platforms is especially desirable.
• A basic understanding of written and verbal English.

Mansioni

• Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and diligently monitoring aged delinquency. Prepare and review monthly financial reports with intuitive forecasting and a proactive plan for the financial performance of the asset
• Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and individual goals through tactical planning
• Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through courageous conversations and applicable HR processes.
• Conduct regular property inspections, propose, and own the resolution plan and execution of property enhancements.
