Job summary

Tailor&Fox Srl is seeking a Communications and Digital Marketing Specialist with Spanish (C1) to join a multinational medical technology leader. You will drive digital campaigns, manage websites, and coordinate with international teams to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.

The role requires 2-3 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Italian and Spanish, and knowledge of CMS and paid media. A hybrid work model and permanent contract are offered in Agrate Brianza, Italy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in developing and managing digital marketing campaigns with proven results.
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems.
• Experience in managing paid social media and/or other paid media campaigns.
• Previous experience in an international or multinational company is preferred.
• Fluency in Italian and Spanish, with a good command of English.
• Experience in med-tech is a plus.
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.
• Manage and update corporate websites through Content Management Systems.
• Develop and implement paid social media and other digital advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with local media partners to plan and implement advertising and communication activities.
• Monitor and analyse digital campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and international teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of marketing and communication activities.
