Job summary

Hitachi cerca un ruolo di servizio e messa in servizio per sistemi HV presso siti clienti, basato nella zona di Roma. Questa figura interverrà in commissioning, FAT e SAT, gestendo problemi tecnici, documentazione as-built e coordinando con site manager e terze parti.

È richiesta esperienza nella messa in servizio P&C di sottostazioni, conoscenza di Hitachi Microscada e RTU560, nonché competenze nei protocolli IEC104/101 e 61850.

• Esperienza in messa in servizio P&C presso sottostazioni.
• Conoscenza dei dispositivi di test Omicron e ISA.
• Conoscenza di Hitachi Microscada e RTU560.
• Conoscenza dei protocolli IEC104/101 e 61850.
• Buona capacità comunicativa e problem solving.
• Disponibilità a viaggiare fino all'80%

Responsibilities

• Eseguire attività di servizio e messa in servizio per sistemi HV presso siti client.
• Rispettare il programma di messa in servizio e ottenere l’approvazione del cliente.
• Risoluzione di problemi in loco e feedback per lezioni apprese.
• Implementare modifiche di progetto e realizzare mark-up as-built.
• Coordinarsi con site manager e fornitori terzi sui progetti specifici.
• Produrre report di avanzamento e ottenere l'approvazione del cliente.
• Conduzione di Safety Observation Tours e mitigazione dei rischi.
• Gestire liste di malfunzionamenti e risolvere problemi.
• Intervenire in discussioni tecniche con i clienti durante la messa in servizio.
• Partecipare a FAT e SAT secondo necessità.

Job description

Overview

In this role you will lead service and commissioning activities within the Grid Automation unit in Rome. You will work with the Service & Commissioning team to troubleshoot, ensure on-time completion, and secure customer acceptance. You will implement design changes, prepare as-built documents, and coordinate with site managers and third parties. You’ll report progress, support safety processes, and engage with customers during commissioning, FAT, and SAT to deliver reliable HV protection and SCADA/RTU solutions.

Responsabilità

• Perform service and commissioning activities for HV protection and SCADA/RTU systems at client sites
• Adhere to commissioning schedule and ensure handover with client sign-off
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide feedback for lessons learned
• Implement design changes and produce as-built mark-ups
• Coordinate with site manager and third-party providers on specific projects
• Produce progress reports and obtain client approval
• Conduct Safety Observation Tours and mitigate Hazards
• Handle snag lists independently and resolve issues
• Engage in technical discussions with customers during commissioning
• Attend FAT and SAT as required

Requisiti fondamentali

• Experience in P&C site commissioning of substations
• Experience with test devices (Omicron, Isa)
• Proven experience on Hitachi Microscada and RTU560
• Knowledge of PLC automation commissioning
• Knowledge of IEC104/101 and 61850 protocols
• Knowledge of Networking and network devices
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Willingness to travel ~80% to client sites
• Fluency in Italian and English
