Job summary

Hitachi cerca un responsabile Service e Commissioning per guidare le attività di servicing e commissioning di sistemi HV presso i siti del cliente in Italia. Lavorerai con il team per risolvere problemi, rispettare i tempi e garantire l'accettazione da parte del cliente.

Il ruolo richiede esperienza su sottostazioni P&C, competenze su strumenti di test (Omicron, Isa) e conoscenza di Hitachi Microscada/RTU560, PLC e protocolli IEC104/101 e 61850. Disponibilità a viaggiare ~80% e fluente in ITA/EN.

Qualifications

• Esperienza commissioning in sottostazioni P&C.
• Esperienza con dispositivi di test (Omicron, Isa).
• Conoscenza Hitachi Microscada e RTU560.
• Conoscenza PLC e commissioning aut. di PLC.
• Conoscenza IEC104/101 e 61850.
• Conoscenza networking e dispositivi di rete.
• Buone capacità di comunicazione e problem solving.
• Disponibilità a viaggiare circa 80% dei tempi.
• Fluenza in Italiano e Inglese.

Responsibilities

• Eseguire attività di service e commissioning su sistemi HV presso i cantieri del cliente.
• Rispettare il programma di commissioning e assicurare il handover con firma del cliente.
• Diagnosticare problemi sul campo e fornire feedback per lezioni apprese.
• Implementare modifiche di design e produrre mark-up as-built.
• Coordinarsi con il site manager e fornitori terzi su progetti specifici.
• Produrre report di avanzamento e ottenere l'approvazione del cliente.
• Eseguire Safety Observation Tours e mitigare i rischi.
• Gestire liste di non conformità in modo autonomo e risolvere issue.
• Partecipare a discussioni tecniche con i clienti durante commissioning.
• Partecipare a FAT e SAT secondo necessità.

Job description

Overview

In this role you will lead service and commissioning activities within the Grid Automation unit in Rome. You will work with the Service & Commissioning team to troubleshoot, ensure on-time completion, and secure customer acceptance. You will implement design changes, prepare as-built documents, and coordinate with site managers and third parties. You’ll report progress, support safety processes, and engage with customers during commissioning, FAT, and SAT to deliver reliable HV protection and SCADA/RTU solutions.

Responsabilità

• Perform service and commissioning activities for HV protection and SCADA/RTU systems at client sites
• Adhere to commissioning schedule and ensure handover with client sign-off
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide feedback for lessons learned
• Implement design changes and produce as-built mark-ups
• Coordinate with site manager and third-party providers on specific projects
• Produce progress reports and obtain client approval
• Conduct Safety Observation Tours and mitigate Hazards
• Handle snag lists independently and resolve issues
• Engage in technical discussions with customers during commissioning
• Attend FAT and SAT as required

Requisiti fondamentali

• Experience in P&C site commissioning of substations
• Experience with test devices (Omicron, Isa)
• Proven experience on Hitachi Microscada and RTU560
• Knowledge of PLC automation commissioning
• Knowledge of IEC104/101 and 61850 protocols
• Knowledge of Networking and network devices
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Willingness to travel ~80% to client sites
• Fluency in Italian and English
