Hitachi Rail Italy cerca un professionista per guidare le attività di service e commissioning nel reparto Grid Automation a Roma. Coordinerai con il team Service & Commissioning per risolvere guasti, rispettare le consegne e assicurare l'accettazione del cliente, implementando modifiche di progetto e preparando documentazione as-built.

Il candidato possiede esperienza in commissioning di sottostazioni P&C, familiarità con strumenti di test (Omicron, Isa), Hitachi Microscada e RTU560,

Qualifications

• Esperienza in P&C commissioning di sottostazioni.
• Esperienza con dispositivi di test Omicron/ISA.
• Esperienza con Hitachi Microscada e RTU560.
• Conoscenza di automazione PLC.
• Conoscenza dei protocolli IEC104/101 e 61850.
• Conoscenza di reti e dispositivi di networking.
• Buone capacità comunicative e problem solving.
• Disponibilità a viaggiare circa l'80%.
• Fluente in italiano e inglese.

Responsibilities

• Eseguire attività di servizio e commissioning in sottostazioni P&C.
• Rispettare i piani di commissioning e consegna al cliente.
• Risoluzione di problemi sul posto e feedback.
• Implementare modifiche di design e preparare mark-up as-built.
• Coordinarsi con site manager e fornitori terzi.
• Produrre report di avanzamento e ottenere l'approvazione del cliente.
• Gestire Safety Observations e mitigare rischi.
• Gestire snags in autonomia e risolvere issue.
• Partecipare a discussioni tecniche durante commissioning.
• Presenziare FAT e SAT quando richiesto.

Job description

Overview

In this role you will lead service and commissioning activities within the Grid Automation unit in Rome. You will work with the Service & Commissioning team to troubleshoot, ensure on-time completion, and secure customer acceptance. You will implement design changes, prepare as-built documents, and coordinate with site managers and third parties. You’ll report progress, support safety processes, and engage with customers during commissioning, FAT, and SAT to deliver reliable HV protection and SCADA/RTU solutions.

Responsabilità

• Perform service and commissioning activities for HV protection and SCADA/RTU systems at client sites
• Adhere to commissioning schedule and ensure handover with client sign-off
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide feedback for lessons learned
• Implement design changes and produce as-built mark-ups
• Coordinate with site manager and third-party providers on specific projects
• Produce progress reports and obtain client approval
• Conduct Safety Observation Tours and mitigate Hazards
• Handle snag lists independently and resolve issues
• Engage in technical discussions with customers during commissioning
• Attend FAT and SAT as required

Requisiti fondamentali

• Experience in P&C site commissioning of substations
• Experience with test devices (Omicron, Isa)
• Proven experience on Hitachi Microscada and RTU560
• Knowledge of PLC automation commissioning
• Knowledge of IEC104/101 and 61850 protocols
• Knowledge of Networking and network devices
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Willingness to travel ~80% to client sites
• Fluency in Italian and English
