Melia Hotels International S.A.(Meliá) invites an organised kitchen assistant to join our Milano team. You will help organise service delivery, perform preparatory tasks, maintain the kitchen and comply with health and safety rules in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Proficiency in Italian is essential, English is a plus, and prior kitchen experience is welcome, even minimal. Salary is set according to national agreements with room for growth and additional benefits.

Mission:

Ensures that the catering service is delivered successfully and in line with the quality standards set by the hotel. Responsible for the quality, preparation and presentation of food produced in the assigned kitchen.

Who we are looking for:

The position can be classified at level D1 of the National Collective Contract Turismo AICA, with an initial economic treatment not lower than the contractual minimums foreseen for the level that will be identified at the outcome of the selection (level D1: €1.556,99 gross monthly).
The Gross Annual Salary is €21.797,86, in relation to the skills, experience gained, degree of autonomy, responsibilities and working conditions of the position.
