Meliá Hotels International Milano is seeking an experienced Barman to manage all activities related to beverage service in our bar and restaurant. You will prepare drinks, interact with guests, suggest cocktails, and ensure compliance with regulations while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Ideal candidates have previous cocktail experience, are friendly and team oriented, with strong communication skills in Italian and English.

Job Summary: To manage properly all the activities related to Barman Position

What will I be doing?

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Interact with custmer, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
• Assess customer's needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Check customers' identification and confirm its meets legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

• Fluent in italian and English.

The position can be classified atlevel C2 of the National Collective Contract Turismo AICA, with an initial economic treatment not lower than the contractual minimums foreseen for the level that will be identified at the outcome of the selection (level C2: €1.726,99 gross monthly).
The indicative Gross Annual Salary is between €24.177,86 and €26.277,86 in relation to the skills, experience gained, degree of autonomy, responsibilities and working conditions of the position.
