For the upcoming 2025 season, the 7Pines Resort Sardinia is looking for a Commis de rang.

Main responsibilities

• Organising the restaurant's mise en place
• Cleaning equipment and tables
• Greeting and receiving customers in the absence of the person in charge
• Handling the bill and the till (if required)
• Handling dishes at the buffet (if present)
• Answering customers' questions, taking orders, also over the phone
• Sharing information with the restaurant and kitchen

Requirements

• Interpersonal skills and aptitude for interpersonal relationships
• Knowledge of the English lenguage
• Previous experience in luxury hotels
