Overview

As a Network Sales Representative, you will be part of Enilive SpA and, specifically, will be responsible for managing and maximizing the value of Eni Stations in the assigned territory.

Main activities
  • Ensure and support the performance of all activities related to the management and development of the sales outlets in the assigned geographical area, according to the defined policies
  • Provide for the detection, analysis and reporting of deviations between the pre-established objectives and the trends of the management of the points of sale, proposing pricing and/or promotional actions necessary to achieve the objectives
  • Ensure constant monitoring of the area in the relevant markets
  • Participate in the selection process of store managers, with the support of specialist head office functions
  • Follow the procedures related to the assignment of management of the relevant sales outlets and verify the correct fulfillment, by the manager, of the obligations arising from the contractual relationships with the company
  • Assist managers in the implementation of promotional initiatives, following the implementation phase and the operational and economic returns
  • Ensure continuous information activity regarding company sales policies and programs, as well as the related implementation methodologies
  • Ensure proper management of credit and loans
Required characteristics
  • Master's degree, preferably in Economics; lower or different qualifications may be considered, provided that significant experience relevant to the position is demonstrated.
  • At least 3 years of work experience
  • Patente B
  • Availability for mobility within the area of competence, with the possibility of overnight stay
  • Good knowledge of the English language
