Essity is seeking a Commercial System Specialist based in Legnano (Milan Area), Italy, to support and enhance commercial systems, reporting solutions, and digital initiatives across the IBIT cluster (Italy, Spain, Portugal). You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Global teams to drive adoption, improve data quality, and deliver value through technology.

Role requires experience with CRM, data analytics, and BI tools (Power BI, Power Query, DAX).

Competenze

• University degree in Business, Engineering, IT or related field.
• Experience with commercial systems, CRM, sales operations or analytics.
• Exposure to BI tools and reporting.
• Knowledge of digital tools and transformation projects beneficial.

Mansioni

• Support and optimize commercial systems across Italy, Spain, Portugal.
• Drive adoption of reporting solutions and digital tools.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Global teams to deliver value.
• Provide user training and maintain documentation.
