LeasePlan Italia is seeking to hire a 1 Commercial Partnership Specialist to join the Commercial Department. The role is based in Milan and reports to the SME & Private Indirect Sales Manager.

Scope of the Position:

The purpose of this role is to identify, develop, and manage commercial partnerships aimed at generating leads and/or creating a network of intermediaries not regulated by agency agreements.

Main Activities:

  • Research, build, and maintain new and existing commercial partnerships.
  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to ensure the pipeline is consistently filled with new opportunities to expand the network.
  • Establish, manage, maintain, and optimize relationships with existing and new partners, exploring new ways to develop and grow the partnership, ensuring alignment between internal objectives and relationship quality.
  • Assist partners in developing activation plans to maximize partnership results, based on contractual benefits.
  • Contribute to creating campaigns aimed at increasing partnership productivity.
  • Negotiate commercial terms of partnerships (proposals, pricing, commission schemes).
  • Manage communication with partners and serve as a liaison between them, key stakeholders, and the organization.
  • Ensure the development and measurement of key metrics related to the role's activities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Attitudes:

  • Degree in Economics or Marketing.
  • Proven experience in commercial roles.
  • Exceptional management, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen; knowledge of sales and results-driven approach.
  • Elements of Marketing, Product, and Lead Management.
  • Knowledge of intermediation and creditworthiness topics.
  • Negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Networking attitude.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and AS400.
