Coca-Cola HBC is seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to join the Group Strategic Finance team. You will deliver reliable financial information, robust analyses, and data insights on revenues, channel and category performance, supporting top management and country teams.

You will lead projects in Commercial Finance, develop financial models, and collaborate with finance and commercial partners across geography and group levels.

We are looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join our Group Strategic Finance team. You will play the key role in providing Commercial Management and Senior Management with reliable and timely financial information, robust financial analysis, and data insights on Revenues, Channel and Category performance. You will have a unique opportunity to participate and lead projects in the Commercial Finance area, and act as a liaison between Finance and Commercial on the country, regional, and group level.

IN THIS EXCITING ROLE YOU WILL:

• Prepare various regular and ad hoc overviews for top management including business insights on Category, Brand, Channel, Customer by geography
• Perform different financial analytics, leveraging data & tools, for the purposes of regular follow-ups or specific initiatives/business needs
• Conduct interviews with countries to deep dive into specific topics, as per business needs
• Support the Group team regarding BP and forecasting, target settings and scenario analysis process giving valuable insights
• Support Group Commercial Function with financial information and analysis required for decision making
• Participate in Tools/Systems/Reports development, deployment and adoption
• Develop, maintain and use financial models, templates, strategic and operational measures to perform business analysis in NSR, Pricing, Discounts, Customers, Channel, Categories

YOU CAN BE SUCCESFULL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance mandatory and at least 3 years in Commercial Finance Analysis.
• Strong Excel technical skills which should include:
  • High level of comfort working with complex financial models and large datasets
  • Ability to work with speed using keyboard shortcuts
  • Fluent with advanced excel formulas such as vlookup, hlookup, xlookup, if/else, choose, concatenate, transpose, sumif, sumproduct and ability to use them in dynamic way
  • Fluent with pivot handling and knowledge of calculated field and getpivotdata functionalities
• Fluent with PowerPoint and able to prepare presentations appropriate for senior management
• Great experience in reviewing P&L statement, understanding the key drivers of each P&L line
• Great experience in Commercial Finance, being able to analyze P&L and financials, understand the business performance and provide insights to senior management by Category/Channel and geography.
• Experience in calculating variance analysis to understand volume/mix and pricing effects.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills to handle competing priorities
• Ability to understand and synthesize complex data and information to provide conclusion which will drive insights for recommendation
• Very good communication skills, able to provide financial insights to business partners in a concise and effective manner
• Fluency in English, both verbal & written

The annual gross base salary for this position starts from € 58000, in addition to our benefits
