Prysmian is offering a structured development program in Milan designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals. You will rotate across core commercial functions and engage in strategic customer interactions, negotiations, and business decisions.

A dedicated mentor will support your development throughout the program, with international mobility mandatory to participate in diverse assignments and experiences.

Competenze

• Recent graduates or up to 2 years of professional experience.
• Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or another STEM discipline.
• International mobility is mandatory.

• As part of the Commercial Excellence Program, you will be based in Milan, Italy , one of Prysmian's key commercial hubs.

• A dedicated mentor from Prysmian's leadership team to support your development throughout the program.

Requirements

• Recent graduates or up to 2 years of professional experience.
• Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or another STEM discipline.
• Passion & interest in technology and innovation.
• Ambitious self-starters who are hungry to learn, determined to succeed, and ready to go the extra mile to make an impact.
• International mobility is mandatory.

Benefits

• Type of contract: Permanent full time
• Location: Milano
• Applicable Collective Agreement: CCNL Gomma, Plastica, Cavi elettrici e affini.
• Job Level/Category: in line with the applicable collective agreement
• Gross annual salary no less than: 34.000
• The position is eligible for an individual or collective variable incentive based on the achievement of predetermined performance objectives.
