Job summary

Henkel is offering a six-month internship in Milano to support the Commercial Excellence team with data analysis and insights. You will build and maintain Power BI dashboards, consolidate data from various sources, and prepare reports for regional and global meetings.

The role requires enrollment in an MBA or relevant Master’s program, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and Power BI. A hybrid work model and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Business, MBA, or relevant Master’s program.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proactive, eager to learn and collaborative.
• Familiarity with Sales and distribution concepts.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and experience with Power BI.
• Structured problem solving and solid project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Commercial Excellence team with data analysis and insight generation.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track key performance metrics.
• Consolidate data from various sources and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Prepare presentations and summaries for regional and global meetings.
• Support project management activities, including tracking progress and action items.
• Coordinate and manage key stakeholders across functions and regions.
