EWOR GmbH is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups, supported by a team of serial founders including notable exits. Fellows are empowered to pursue high-growth ventures with expert guidance and a proven framework for rapid experimentation.

A salary during startup development is offered, with optional up to €500k funding. Fellows receive 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders weekly, access to a network of top founders and investors, and dedicated support to reach

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas or willing to relocate.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run your startup in fields such as AI Infrastructure.
• Embark on an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders and follow a fully customised programme enhancing your goal, time, and energy management.
• Receive support in hiring through a vast network and advice from serial entrepreneurs.
• Receive intensive coaching to prepare your startup for raising millions in funding.
• Iterate your product with EWOR until product-market-fit and build a sales/marketing engine.
