Kong is seeking an IT Operations Support specialist to optimize enterprise IT efficiency and resolve incidents in a fast-paced cloud environment. You will manage employee IT lifecycle, device enrollment, access controls, and SSO/MFA across Okta and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities include SaaS admin, endpoint monitoring, asset lifecycle, and incident response using ITSM tools, with a strong emphasis on security and cross-functional collaboration.

Competenze

• Must have hands-on experience with Okta and Google Workspace administration.
• Experience managing Mac and Windows endpoints via MDM/UEM tools.
• Experience with security tools like CrowdStrike and incident response.
• Strong ITSM tooling experience and SLA adherence.

Mansioni

• Resolve employee IT requests quickly and maintain SLAs.
• Categorize and upscale incidents using ITSM frameworks.
• Troubleshoot Mac, Windows and mobile device issues.
• Oversee zero-touch hardware deployment and asset lifecycle with UEM tools.
• Configure device compliance, baselines, and patch management.
• Perform remote lock, wipe and containment for compromised assets.
• Administer SaaS apps (Slack, Zoom, etc.) including licensing and permissions.
• Monitor endpoint health and respond to CrowdStrike alerts.
