Sia Partners seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead CMC development and tech transfer efforts in Life Sciences. You will guide day-to-day management, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to keep schedules, budgets, and regulatory milestones aligned.

You will translate CMC concepts into actionable plans and maintain clear, proactive communication with stakeholders, influencing biopharmaceutical programs at scale in a dynamic client-facing environment.

Competenze

• At least 2 years in biopharmaceutical industry with minimum 1 year in project management.
• BS, MS, or PhD in a scientific or engineering discipline.
• Fluent English, strong written and oral communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Mansioni

• Provide tactical support for day-to-day project activities (minutes, action tracking, decisions).
• Develop and maintain predecessor-driven project schedules using MS Project, Smartsheet, Planisware, Primavera.
• Provide schedule updates, variance analyses, and risk assessments to ensure alignment with strategy and key gates.
• Coordinate across functional areas to ensure progress and support multi-location teams.
