Merck Kgaa in Italy is seeking a Clinical Pathology Research Associate to generate high-quality clinical pathology data supporting safety assessment of preclinical drug candidates. You will perform hematology, clinical chemistry, coagulation, urinalysis, and immune phenotyping, and establish multicolor flow cytometry panels.

The role requires a biology/biotech degree and hands-on flow cytometer work with data analysis, instrument calibration, maintenance, and tight data integrity.

Competenze

• Degree in biology, biotechnology, or equivalent field.
• Hands-on experience with flow cytometer operation.
• Skilled in instrument compensation, acquisition, and analysis.
• Experience in biomedical, pharmaceutical, or CRO labs.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality commitment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Team-oriented with effective communication capabilities.
• Falling under protected categories (Law 68/99).
