Merck Kgaa in Italia cerca un Anatomic Pathology Technician per lavorare in laboratorio regolamentato, applicando le competenze in autopsie su specie roditore e non roditore, nonché nel processing, embedding, sectioning e staining di tessuti, tutto nel rispetto delle GLP.

Il ruolo prevede contributi allo sviluppo di molecole attraverso materiale istologico di alta qualità, con opportunità di crescita in un contesto internazionale orientato all'innovazione.

Competenze

• Diploma di scuola superiore quinquennale richiesto.
• Ottima comunicazione in italiano.
• Buona conoscenza dell'inglese.
• Esperienza o interesse in autopsie e gestione di tessuti.
• Capacità di lavorare in presenza di laboratorio regolamentato GLP.

Mansioni

• Lavorare come tecnico in laboratorio regolamentato.
• Applicare autopsie su specie roditore e non roditore.

Your Role

You will work as a technician within a regulated laboratory environment, applying your expertise in rodent and non-rodent species autopsies, routine histotechnique (tissue processing, embedding, sectioning, and staining), and ancillary laboratory tasks - all conducted in full compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards.

In this role, you will contribute to the development of innovative new molecules by producing high-quality histological material that supports preclinical research. You will be encouraged to continuously expand your technical knowledge and grow within a dynamic, science-driven environment.

Who You Are

• 5-year high school diploma (required)
• Excellent communication skills in Italian(required)
• Good communication skills in English(required)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Windows operating systems; Experience with laboratory management applications
• Strong interest and aptitude in digital pathology
• Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively in a team as well as interact with other laboratories and departments.
• Proactive attitude with autonomous organizational and time-management skills
• Falling under protected categories (Law 68/99)

Salary Package:

• Annual Base Salary (RAL):€28.600 - €33.000
• Categoria CCNL: E - D
• Variable Compensation (AIP/SIP)
