Align Technology, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Education Specialist to lead strategic clinical relationships and drive educational excellence across orthodontic and GP communities in the EMEA-Italy region.

The role drives initiatives that promote innovation adoption and clinical excellence, mentors clinical development, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer experience and business outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry (DDS) or equivalent required.
• Master’s degree in Orthodontics highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results.

Mansioni

• Develop strategic relationships with KOLs and advisory boards.
• Lead mentorship programs including Train-the-Trainer activities.
• Identify rising stars to become future faculty instructors.
• Collaborate with Marketing to design local education strategy.
• Oversee speaker/mentor events and external partnerships.
• Support GA launches and Limited Market Release initiatives.
• Provide clinical leadership and influence best practices.
• Mentor peers and coordinate team activities as a lead.
• Deliver field education events and client-facing training.
