Align Technology is looking for a motivated Marketing Trainee to join our EMEA Ortho Marketing team in Italy for 6 months.

You will support the Teen & Kids orthodontics marketing plan, education programs, doctor engagement, digital campaigns, and performance tracking across the EMEA region.

Work with cross-functional teams including Clinical, Sales, Education and Local Market teams to coordinate initiatives, maintain calendars, and contribute to campaign optimization.

Competenze

• Master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Marketing or related field.
• Interest in healthcare and orthodontics.
• Structured and detail-oriented with multi-workstream coordination.
• Strong analytical mindset and Excel-based reporting.
• Fluent in English; other European languages a plus.

Mansioni

• Support the execution of the EMEA Teen & Kids Ortho marketing plan.
• Coordinate marketing-led initiatives across professional education, doctor engagement, sales enablement, paid and organic social, email, webinars and in-practice materials.
• Maintain project trackers, content calendars, asset repositories, campaign timelines, localization status and follow-up actions.
• Support the preparation of internal updates, marketing performance reviews, executive summaries, and market follow-up materials.
• Track and consolidate key marketing indicators such as leads, email performance, campaign engagement, webinar attendance, content usage, submitters, CCAs and adoption-related insights.
• Support collaboration with local marketing teams to collect market inputs, monitor local activation, identify gaps, and share best practices across EMEA.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of campaign execution by helping capture learnings, organize feedback and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
