Job summary

WSP in Italia is seeking a Sustainable Buildings and Infrastructure Specialist to join our Sustainability advisory team in Turin (preferred) or Milan. You will develop sustainability, decarbonization and climate adaptation advice for building and infrastructure projects, collaborating with colleagues, clients and partners across our global network.

We value an engineering background, five years of experience, and knowledge of CAM, DNSH, EU Taxonomy, LCA tools like OneClickLCA or SimaPro, and

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field with a sustainability focus.
• At least five years of sustainability experience in buildings or infrastructure.
• Experience with CAM, DNSH, EU Taxonomy reviews.
• Experience in engineering or technical consultancy with client-facing delivery.
• Proficiency in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop sustainability strategies and climate adaptation advice for projects.
• Provide regulatory guidance and funding insights.
• Lead technical reporting including LCA and LC costing.
• Support bids, proposals and business development.
• Coach and develop junior team members.
