Gleeds Corporate Services Ltd seeks a junior to intermediate professional to manage customer relationships and coordinate delivery of multiple real estate construction projects, including new builds and refurbishments in Italy. You will support Directors, maintain client relationships, and ensure high-quality services meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities include contract administration, preparing bids, and presenting to clients while managing project delivery for profitability.

Competenze

• 2-7 years of experience managing construction (real estate/buildings) projects in Italy.
• Knowledge of national technical requirements applied to the construction sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Methodical thinking and approach to work.
• Excellent numeracy skills.
• Strong ICT skills with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Italian and English.
• Eligible to work in Italy.

Mansioni

• Support Business Unit Directors in delivering objectives.
• Engage with customers and develop, grow, and maintain relationships.
• Deliver high-quality services and ensure client requirements are met.
• Administer contracts as a contract administrator or project manager.
• Produce and present to customers.
• Prepare bids for services.

• Inform Directors promptly of issues that may affect projects or insurance.
