Turner & Townsend in the Milan area seeks a Senior Project Manager to drive project cost, schedule, and vendor management on construction projects. You will coordinate with general contractors and consultants, analyze milestone risks, and review costing related to capex, leading client meetings and ensuring accurate cost reporting and invoicing.

You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget, advocating for the client in disputes and overseeing

Competenze

• University degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Experience as a Construction Project Manager in the real estate sector.
• Advanced skills with spreadsheets, report writing and presentations.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Business level Italian and English.

As a Senior Project Manager in the Milan area, you drive project cost, schedule, and vendor management on construction projects. You coordinate with general contractors and consultants, analyze milestone risks, and review costing related to capex. You lead client meetings, monitor cost drivers, and ensure accurate cost reporting and invoicing. You advocate for the client in disputes and oversee project close-out through to operation handover. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
