Ferragamo cerca un Client Advisor a tempo pieno presso il corner Milan Rinascente. Sarai responsabile di trasformare ogni contatto in un momento magico, guidando la vendita con competenza e attenzione al cliente. Parlerai italiano e inglese fluentemente e avrai esperienza nel lusso; potrai utilizzare CRM per fidelizzare i clienti.

La posizione offre stipendio lordo annuo tra 26.000 e 29.000 euro, buoni pasto, piano incentive e sconto dipendenti, allineati all’eccellenza del marchio Ferragamo.

The part you’ll play

You will join us in our Milan Rinascente Corner as a Full-Time Client Advisor reporting directly to the Store Management.

• Transform each client experience into magical moments, building authentic, long-term bonds with them
• Lead by example on the selling floor to inspire both individual and team success, driving sales results with accountability
• Demonstrate deep understanding of luxury clients’ desires, needs, and expectations
• Innovate continuously by proposing fresh ideas to enhance client value and create memorable moments.

What you’ll bring

• A caring, authentic, and trusted approach as a client advisor, with a genuine passion for style and luxury fashion.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle clients with empathy and put them at the centre of every decision.
• Courage to share ideas and innovate, with a willingness to grow and learn.
• Experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role.
• Fluency in Italian and English is essential; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
• Ability to develop meaningful client relationships using CRM tools and initiatives.
• A proactive and team-oriented mindset, ready to contribute to collective success.

Compensation & Benefit

• Gross range salary: €26.000 - €29.000
