• Esperienza precedente in stock management/back-office in negozi di lusso.
• Ottime capacità comunicative e attenzione al cliente.
• Conoscenza di italiano e inglese; eventuali altre lingue sono un vantaggio.

• Gestire il flusso merce tra magazzino e piano vendita, assicurando presentazione e controllo.
• Monitorare i livelli di inventario, gestire consegne, resi, trasferimenti e audit.
• Collaborare con il management del negozio per eseguire compiti operativi.

The part you’ll play

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Stock Keeper (part-time, 18 hours per week) to join our team in Milan Rinascente Department Store. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for both warehouse operations and client advising, supporting both the sales floor and the stockroom in all activities that ensure a strong customer experience.

• Own the merchandise flow between stockroom and shop floor, ensuring all products are well-prepared, controlled, and beautifully presented.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock activities including deliveries, returns, transfers, and audits with precision.
• Partner closely with store management to ensure seamless communication and execution of operational tasks.

What you’ll bring

• Previous experience in stock management or a similar back-office role, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle clients with empathy and put them at the centre of every decision
• Good handling of numbers, back-office skills and inventory/stock management
• Resilient, solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• A previous experience as a stock keeper in retail will be considered a plus
• Proficiency in Italian and English; any additional languages is a strong advantage

Compensation & Benefit

• Gross range salary: €25.000 - €27.000 (to be prorated on the actual working hours)
