Ferragamo in Serravalle is seeking a Full-Time Client Advisor to join our store team. You will transform client experiences into magical moments, lead by example on the selling floor, and build long-term bonds with luxury clients on a daily basis.

What you'll bring

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle clients with empathy and put them at the centre of every decision.

• Experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role.
• Fluency in Italian and English is essential; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
