Anne Fontaine in Florence is seeking a store ambassador to deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience. You will master the brand universe and contribute to store objectives by developing and following the customer portfolio, organizing events, and ensuring visual identity is respected.

You will also help with stock follow-up and reliability, collaborate with a proactive team, and bring energy, fashion sense, and excellent listening skills to delight clients in a high-end environment.

Job Description :

Evolving in a high-end environment, you will be an ambassador of the Anne Fontaine brand. In complete mastery of the brand universe and ensuring a personalized customer experience, you contribute to the achievement of the store's objectives.

You will participate in all the activities inherent to the good operation of the store and the radiance of the brand :

• Develop and follow the customer portfolio
• Participate in the organization of events such as launches of collections
• Enhance the collection by respecting the visual identity of the brand
• Participate in the follow-up of the stock and ensure its reliability.

The store is located in Florence, Italie.

Permanent contract: 39 hours a week

We are looking for a candidate who is an excellent communicator with a confident, proactive approach, you will be relied on to build relationships with customers, as well as with the team you work with. You will need a good knowledge of fashion trends and plenty of energy and enthusiasm. Working within an enthusiastic and motivated team, you will have the ability to inspire customers, listen to their needs and meet their expectations.
