Establishment Labs is hiring a Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse operations in Rome. You will manage stock accuracy, receive and dispatch materials, and maintain SAP records while ensuring a safe, organized environment and strict adherence to procedures and safety standards.

The role requires at least 2 years in warehouse roles, a forklift certification, solid Excel and English skills, plus experience with SAP and various handling equipment, contributing to efficient order fulfillment.

About the Role

The Clerk, Warehouse is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving, storage, order preparation, and shipping activities. This role ensures accurate inventory management in SAP, maintains a safe and organized warehouse environment through 5S practices, and supports the efficient flow of materials and finished goods while complying with company procedures and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and warehouse stock accuracy.
• Receive, store, prepare, and dispatch materials and products.
• Maintain inventory records and transactions in SAP.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of materials.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Customer Service, and carriers to support order fulfillment.
• Apply 5S methodologies and maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.
• Comply with company procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Secondary Education Diploma (GCSE or equivalent).
• Valid forklift operator certification/license.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Experience in warehousing, inventory control, and warehouse management processes.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Warehouse Technician, Warehouse Support, or similar role.
• Experience working with SAP.
• Experience operating electric pallet stackers and forklifts.
• English
