Mott MacDonald is seeking Civil & Structural Engineers to strengthen our CSA team, delivering design across a range of projects in the energy transition sector. You will collaborate with engineers, technicians, and draftsmen to meet standards and schedules, including concrete and steel design, 3D model reviews, and documentation alignment.

The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of codes, English proficiency, and capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

MSc degree in Civil Structural Engineering is mandatory.
Ability to adapt and work on multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Experience with structural design software packages (e.g. Staad, Sap2000, GT Strudl, Idea Statica).
Knowledge of Tekla Structure, Revit and Civil 3D is a plus.
Good understanding of the design process and ability to work from briefs/scope documents.

Mansioni

Analyze project documents and perform design of concrete structures including bar bending schedule checks.
Design steel structures including connection details and 3D model reviews under supervision.
Ensure deliverables comply with applicable codes and standards; prepare input for draftsmen.
Examine, mark‑up, and align documentation and drawings.
