Spektrum supports apex purchasers and NATO client projects with specialist services in defence and logistics. The NATO NCIA framework requires disciplined management of deployable CIS equipment and related data across DACCC facilities, with periodic inventories and strict record-keeping.

The role focuses on identifying equipment, assigning the correct records, data entry, barcoding, and ensuring accurate, timely reports to CSS Division in line with NATO rules.

Mansioni

• Identify and inventory all D-CIS-related equipment within DACCC facilities.
• Determine the appropriate system of record (e.g., NDSS, NCIS) for each item.
• Input all relevant data into the appropriate system.
• Conduct physical inspections of warehouses and storage containers every two months.
• Ensure all items are identified, labeled, and properly recorded.
• Apply barcodes to all identified items and register them in the system.
• Support the execution of a complete floor-to-book inventory.
• Provide administrative and analytical support to the CSS Division, including data collection, consolidation, and reports per NATO rules.
