Haier HVAC Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to own the Chiller product lines. This role works across R&D, sales and marketing to launch new products and sustain current portfolio performance.

You will lead cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, write specs, and drive market success. You will apply 5+ years of HVAC product management experience, advance GTM and lifecycle strategies, and coordinate with markets in Europe and beyond.

Competenze

• 5+ years experience in product management in HVAC.
• Strong understanding of HVAC go-to-market strategies and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with sales enablement and marketing strategies.
• You will be a technical expert on your product.
• Proactive and collaborative with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Professional English proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering preferred but not essential.

Mansioni

• Define product vision and strategy from market and customer research.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing and sales teams.
• Develop and prioritise roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Create product documentation including specifications and user stories.
• Define remit with technical specs, target pricing and forecast sales.
• Produce launch plans coordinating with marketing and sales.
• Analyze performance metrics and customer feedback for improvement.
• Monitor market, competitors and trends to leverage opportunities.
• Forecast demand and manage ERP data accordingly.
• Participate in inventory and manufacturing decision meetings.
• Maintain optimised inventory levels of stock.
