Vertiv in Piove di Sacco (PD), Italy is seeking a Chiller Controls Offering Specialist to join our team on an on-site basis. The role involves external and internal benchmarking, regional baseline evaluations, and defining offering requirements for the ETO software configuration tool.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree and has experience in product or offering management or HVAC sectors. Strong English communication and MS Office skills are essential, with a collaborative mindset

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Automation, Software) or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years experience in Product or Offering Manager or 5 years in HVAC industry.

Mansioni

Conduct structured benchmarking of chiller controls software against key competitors and maintain a living competitive matrix.
Map regional chiller controls baselines (EMEA, Americas, APAC, China) and document feature/configuration deltas.
Evaluate regional-specific features for globalization potential using defined criteria: revenue contribution, reuse index, engineering effort, regulatory applicability.
Generate Sequences of Operation (SOO) documents for new baseline feature proposals.
Translate benchmarking outputs into formal requirements for the ETO software configuration tool.
Coordinate with Product Line Marketing and Sales Engineering to validate market relevance of identified gaps.
