Jobgether SRL seeks a Chief Technology Officer to lead the technology function of a global energy advisory firm with ~300 professionals across Europe and North America. You will set strategy, oversee internal systems, and guide client platforms.

This fully remote executive role requires hands-on leadership across multi-country teams, vendor negotiations, and driving AI-driven automation while scaling platforms and managing budgets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record defining and executing technology strategy for mid-size organisations
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Microsoft 365
• Hands-on operational leadership with practical implementation focus
• Strong commercial acumen including vendor negotiations, licensing optimization and multi-country budgeting
• Excellent cross-cultural communication and ability to lead distributed teams
• Familiarity with modern data platforms (Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI) and energy sector exposure is a plus

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• lead enterprise it and operations across multiple countries, including network infrastructure, cybersecurity, endpoint management, global service desk and identity & access management.
• maintain and optimize internal business systems such as microsoft dynamics 365 crm, finance, operations and related data workflows.
• oversee client‑facing platforms in two regions, define product roadmaps, ensure system connectivity and drive continuous platform maintenance.
• integrate ai and automation solutions, collaborating with business units to improve processes and scale growth without proportional headcount increase.
• manage technology cost, vendor relationships, licensing negotiations and outsourced managed‑service arrangements.
• provide leadership and mentorship to a distributed, multi‑country technology team, fostering a high‑performance culture across time zones.

Requirements

• proven track record in defining and executing technology strategy for mid‑size organisations, covering both internal systems and client‑facing digital products.
