• Navigation and operations: supervise vessel navigation and ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Compliance: ensure adherence to local and international regulations and procedures.
• Maintenance: oversee maintenance of the boat and equipment.
• Record-keeping: maintain accurate records of crew performance and vessel operations.
• Communication: maintain effective communication with owner and stakeholders.
